Fluffy Buttermilk Bread Mix

A recipe so good you'll want to make every single weekend! We add fruits of chocolate or cocoa powder but our secret is giving you a bag of cinnamon sugar to create a doughnut like pancake coating.... and it's epic!

  • 4 tbsp cold unsalted butter or non-dairy alternative, cut into small cubes
  • 1½ cups cold buttermilk or milk alternative
  • 2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
• 608 g (makes 2 loaves)
