Crispy Doughnut Pancakes

A recipe so good you'll want to make every single weekend! Add fruits of chocolate or cocoa powder but the real secret is the included bag of cinnamon sugar to create a doughnut like pancake coating.... and it's epic!

• You will need:
  • 2 cups of buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter for frying
• Make it vegan! With egg replacer and milk alternative!
• 435 g (makes 8 large/ 12 - 16 smaller pancakes)
